Boiler and Hot Water Plant Replacement for School

Watsons Building Services Ltd completed a phased project involving the removal and replacement of old boiler and hot water plant systems and controls. The project also encompassed electrical works and integration with a Building Management System.

Project Scope

Below is a non-exhaustive list of services installed in full coordination with other contractors.

New gas service, boilers, and protective heat exchanger.
New plant room installed, old systems removed, and asbestos was removed.
Pump sets, calorifiers, BMS controls, and pipework added.
Upgraded power supplies, control wiring, and new lighting.

Project Outcomes

The project was completed on time and within budget in strict coordination with the main contractor and the client’s requirements for services to be live for set dates.
