New Waste Management Building for North Yorkshire Council

Watson’s Building Services was appointed to design and install a new waste management building for North Yorkshire Council, which includes multi-use Office Space, Welfare Facilities and Vehicle Maintenance Workshop areas. The building is designed to be modern, efficient and sustainable.

Energy recovery ventilation
Rainwater harvesting
Motion detection lighting controls + daylight dimming
Air source heat pumps
Solar PV panels with battery storage and EV charge points

Project Outcomes

The project was completed on time and within budget in strict coordination with the main contractor and the client’s requirements for services to be live for set dates.
